Fountains

The Roman-era Fuente del Capillo is the oldest one in the town, and is in the upper part of the urban area next to the Ermita de Santa Ana – which, coincidentally, is also the oldest chapel in Serradilla.

In the upper part of the urban area of the municipality there are several fountains of traditional construction: Fuente Nueva, Fuente de los Grifos, Fuente de las Huertas and Fuente Capillo. These water points have been supplying residents with water for hundreds and even thousands of years, as there is evidence that some of them stem from Roman times.
